2Up calculator. Free wins from a two-goal lead.
Some books pay your bet as a winner the moment your team goes two goals ahead, regardless of the final score. Back at the book, lay on an exchange, and the 2Up promo turns that early lead into a free shot at winning both sides.
Your bet
Exchange fee on winnings
At the 2Up bookmaker
At the exchange
Back the team at a book running the 2Up promo, then lay the same selection on an exchange. If they go two goals ahead, the book settles your back bet as a winner early.
If the team never goes 2-0 up
ProfitThe lay stake equalises both outcomes, so this is your floor whether the match wins or loses.
If 2Up pays out
The book pays your back bet as a winner the moment the team is two ahead. If they're then pegged back, your lay wins too, you keep both. Your downside stays the qualifying figure above.
How it works
- 01
Back and lay the same team
Back your team at a bookmaker running the 2Up promotion, then lay the identical selection on a betting exchange. The calculator sizes the lay so both standard outcomes settle to the same small qualifying figure.
- 02
The 2-0 lead is the trigger
If your team goes two goals ahead at any point, the book settles your back bet as a winner immediately, even if the match is later drawn or lost. You've already banked the back winnings.
- 03
Keep both sides
With the back already paid, your exchange lay rides on the actual result. If the team is pegged back and doesn't win, the lay wins too, you keep both. Your worst case stays the qualifying loss.
